Acromegaly Support Group | Phoenix

Acromegaly Support Group

What's happening?

Why attend a support group? A support system can provide:
-a sense of belonging
-feelings of security
-access to advice and guidance
-increase in treatment adherence
-reduction of negative feelings and stressful experiences
-multiple sources of information
-positive feelings of self-worth
-motivation to take care of your health

A support group is a place to be yourself. The most difficult step is walking in the door.

The Acromegaly Support Group will meet in the Sonntag Pavilion at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center (350 W. Thomas Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85013). Park in the Third Avenue Garage and cross Third Avenue at the crosswalk. Then continue straight into the building marked Sonntag Academic Pavilion.

Beverages will be provided.

Please RSVP one week prior to event by contacting Maggie Bobrowitz at (602) 406-7585 or margaret.bobrowitz@dignityhealth.org.
